Description
The Gristmill in Babcock State Park in West Virginia is a beautiful autumn sight.Completed in 1976 and fully operable - providing freshly ground cornmeal and buckwheat flour, this mill was built from the parts of three mills from areas in the state. About 100 years ago 500 mills were in operation. This gristmill at Babcock was built as a memorial to these mills. For more information please see The Glade Creek Gristmill at http://www.babcocksp.com/gristmill.html

This is a great image Kathleen. Great how the stream and falls draws you up to the mill.
