In the Botanical Gardens in City Park in New Orleans, one can find numerous art deco statues. Here is a sculpture of a woman in the crepe myrtle trees. The original digital photo has been used to create this abstract impressionistic image. Several digital tools were used including Topaz Studio.
I am Kathleen K. Parker, a native of New Orleans. Over the years, I have worked as a contract venue photographer for AOL-Time Warner, a virtual tour/still photographer for VR National and for individual clients, and a magazine photographer for several publications. In addition, I have college degrees in Computer Graphic Design and English. Today I photograph weddings, especially destination weddings here, other events, landscapes, people, portraits, interesting subjects in general, and, of course, my beloved New Orleans.
