These images were shot in three of the reconstructed slave quarters on Oak Alley Plantation. I have also made each one monotone/black and white and have further made each a charcoal digital art image. In these photos you can see chairs, tables, a bed, bowls, and the walls of the small rooms. Oak Alley is a plantation just down the road from New Orleans, LA.

I am Kathleen K. Parker, a native of New Orleans. Over the years, I have worked as a contract venue photographer for AOL-Time Warner, a virtual tour/still photographer for VR National and for individual clients, and a magazine photographer for several publications. In addition, I have college degrees in Computer Graphic Design and English.
