NOPD Police Barrier Canvas Print

The ubiquitous NOPD police sign and barrier shows up at most public outside events in the city of New Orleans. The sign is attached to a metal barrier to keep crowds from getting into the parade route, for example. You'll see it in the French Quarter, too, on streets that are closed to traffic. I am Kathleen K. Parker, a native of New Orleans. Over the years, I have worked as a contract venue photographer for AOL-Time Warner, a virtual tour/still photographer for VR National and for individual clients, and a magazine photographer for several publications.
