Artist's Description
On Mardi Gras Indian Day, a skeleton man and two fancily feathered Mardi Gras Indians march along the street. These costumes take at least a year to hand sew. The men sew them themselves. Their feet to their heads are covered in their own designs. It is quite a celebration in New Orleans, LA USA Color digital painting is also available of this image.
