I am sure heels would finish this off he he , madness but brilliant Kathleen

I wish he had had nine inch heels, too, Paul! It is maddness. So much of what goes on down there on Bourbon St at night is and I get to photograph is on occasion. Thanks, Paul! :) kk

What a fun image, kk! Somewhat scary too! I see he has no beads. Let's hope he keeps those hooters to himself! :)

Good point, steve... I did not notice the absence of beads. Surely he got some from the balcony bead throwers later in the evening. He was scary. Ask my bride with whom he posed for a photo!! :))) Thanks, steve! :)* kk

Artist's Description

Met this cross dresser on Bourbon Street recently. Oh those stockings and that black tutu like skirt! I do think he thinks blondes have more fun. Note the blonde hair--it is a wig.He sure was! Gotta love Bourbon Street at night in the French Quarter, especially on a weekend. I wonder how many Tooters he had to have drunk to don this garb. Of course this is Bourbon Street,so anything goes. This image is also cross processed! :)
