This is a digital painting of part of the 'tit Rex Parade and watchers during Mardi Gras season 2015. Little satirical floats are drawn by members of the group. Men and women are dressed in black. Black umbrellas are carried with flashlights attached. This is a very unique parade unlike the big and well known Mardi Gras parades such as Rex, Bacchus, and Endymion in New Orleans, LA.
