Description
The Roman Candy man and vehicle are parked on the curb on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans, LA. As the sign on the cart says, Roman Candy has been served to people for almost a century. The man in the cart inherited the cart and recipes for making Roman Chewing Candy from his forefathers. Here we just call the wagon The Roman Candy Man. The price has increased quite a bit from its early days. The wagon was traditionally mule drawn and sometimes sitll is. On this day, however, the owner had it hooked up to his truck. This wagon and candy are a New Orleans tradition. Roman Candy is like taffy. Just watch out for the fillings in your teeth! I think this image would look great on any medium FAA sells, but I would particularly like to see it on metal. I think it would rock! :BW version also availalble. ) kk
