Kathleen, my husband and I were truly surprised to see this image in that he is the "Rex" in the picture. My first comment was that you mis-titled it. One is not "the King of Rex", one is "Rex" or "the King of Carnival". My other question was whether or not you needed permission to use his and the page's images. He thought you would need permission from the Rex organization. Perhaps photos taken in a public arena are not subject to privacy or permission issues. Regardless, it is a lovely rendition and a great memory for us.
