Here is a black and white image of the blue mermaid on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA. This digital black and white is post processed in the noir tradition.

I am Kathleen K. Parker, a native of New Orleans. Over the years, I have worked as a contract venue photographer for AOL-Time Warner, a virtual tour/still photographer for VR National and for individual clients, and a magazine photographer for several publications.
