At the 'tit Rex parade in New Orleans, a little girl dressed in red checks out the tiny float that satirizes the governor of Louisiana. This is a parade unlike the big parades you hear about in New Orleans. It is really cool. In addition to tiny floats the size of two shoe boxes, the parade includes marchers with black umbrellas and musicians.
