Description
A tunnel of live oaks on Evergreen Plantation creates an arch over the roadway. At the end of the road is the machinery of the working farm part of this plantation. Evergreen is in Edgard, LA and still raises sugar cane. It also has been used by filmmakers for movies and TV series such as "into the Badlands."

Thanks to my buyer in San Diego, CA! I am so glad you got a large canvas of this. Way at the back of the image, you can see farm equipment. These oak trees are hundreds of years old.

So love this picture. Always drawn to arching trees over roads or pathways and this is such a beautiful example. Lovely composition, great lighting. Just beautiful.
